Jishan Fujishama: -------------------- -------------------- Scad Thinto was hanging around Gym I, having just finished a hard fought game of one-on-one basketball. Just as he was getting ready to do some more shooting, Ales tossed a ball at the back of his head. He ignored her as she began to brag about the stunt she pulled on the Warrior Op lockers. He continued shooting even after she attempted to hit him again with a dodgeball. He left after two shots, throwing the dodgeball into her stomach as he packed up and left. She stabbed the ball, deflating it, getting in trouble with a coach who walked in. Scad went back to the Northern Dormitories, taking a shower and changing into his normal attire. As he was heading past the Gym again, he tripped while trying not to bump into Ales. Obviously still mad at each other, he still asked where the Technology Studies Building was. She responded by telling him to go to the Main Office where upon he said he didn't know where it was because he was new. She gave him directions to the Office as they went their separate ways. He downloaded a computerized map of the school given to him from the secretary at the Main Office as Ales made her way into the cafeteria. As Scad stepped out from the Office, his stomach growled, causing him to make for the cafeteria. Along his way he was nearly knocked over by a fellow Warrior Op but held back his anger. He took a seat in a booth of the Cafeteria, Ales spotting him and walking over to his table. They conversed for a few minutes, a diversion as Ales secretly stole his bag. She bolted from the cafeteria, after which Scad noticed his bag was missing and went after her. He chased after her for several minutes, following each twist and turn she made. She eventually climbed up onto a building, standing upon the ledge and telling Scad she would jump if he came any closer. He called her bluff and she infact jumped. He leaped over after her, landing on the asphalt below feet first with Ales landing in a trash bin. He ran after her for a few seconds more until he tackled her, the blade in Ales hand being knocked out. Gathering his bag he helped Ales up although it was clear she did not want it. Expressing her deep hate for Warrior Ops and why she was so hateful of them, Scad only responded saying: "Dont' use that one Op's actions to reflect upon the rest of us." She ran away with her hands over her face, leaving Scad to hobble away on the right ankle he injured chasing after her. ******************** Circ: -------------------- -------------------- Daen tried to snick out of his room during the night, but Alvyon, a warrior op, saw him acting creepy and asked him to come in for a talk. Then he offered him some drugs, which Daen took to no avail. His mental duress superceded the affects of any narcotics. Meanwhile, Alesandra was stealing a book from the library. Putting his glove back on after bleeding for a time, Daen rushed out of Alvyon's room, muttering mindless things, and was pursued by the Alvyon. There, he bumped into Alesandra and got in a horrible fight with her, knocking her senseless and without even realizing it sending the blade golem into war-mode. Eventually, Dante and Alvyon removed him from Alesandra, before he killed her, leaving him knocked unconscious and Alesandra with a broken ankle, ribs, and fractured skull. That's the long and the short of it. ******************** Jishan Fujishama: -------------------- -------------------- Dante and Alvyon had just knocked Daen unconscious after he had tried to nearly kill Ales. Ales had been tended to by a medic and rushed off in an ambulance. However, everything began going to Hell with the blade golem awakening since Daen was unconscious. The blade golem began it's rampage again as Alvyon and Dante ran off away from it, ducking into an alley to hide until the Golem passed. Once the Golem had moved on, Alvyon and Dante ran back to the Northern Dorms, Dante pulling a fire alarm to begin evacuating the building as the Golem's destructive movements could be heard. Tetsuyo, a senior, was a bit angry when Dante slammed on his door to get him up but quickly realized that he should help if he wanted to live to see Monday. Scad Thinto came up behind Alvyon, Dante, and Tetsuyo asking if there is was anyway he could help. Dante told the three Warrior Ops to head to the roof along with another group. Dante rushed to his dorm room, gathering his Runic Spell book and heading to the roof. Once there, the Warrior Ops looked towards the Golem, trying to attract it's attention somehow. Alvyon threw rocks, Scad set his sword aflame, and Tetsuyo just watched. Dante began to draw energy from the Astral Plane, attempting to call forth a beast known as a Yakatu with a chant. A rift opened up in front of the Golem, the Yakatu stepping forth from it as Dante collapsed from the overwhelming amount of energy, cuts all over his body with blood coming from his ears and eyes. (For those who do not know, and that is probably everyone, a Yakatu is much like a giant wolf that stands on it's hind legs. It's skin is somewhat like stone but is more easily pierced than that of a Golem's. It is able to breathe fire, either in a jet or in a ball.) The fight was well under way with some of the Colony being destroyed when Retting Tharka arrived along with military troops. Jade Mavria arrived and used a banishment spell to send the Yakatu back to the Astral Plane as Tharka's men moved in to get the Warrior Ops and the one Occultist off the building and evacuate. ******************** Hidoshi: -------------------- -------------------- As the newly-summoned Yakatu was trading blows with the Golem, Tharka gathered up Dante's fallen body and started to make his way from the rooftops, only to find the Golem was being drawn to his energy. Indeed, Tharka being a much more experienced Occult practitioner than the other students, was radiating what the Golem thought to be energy capable of transporting it home. The Golem began to ignore the Yakatu and come after Tharka, who was already on the ground floor on the other side of the dormatories. The beast, blind with fury and panicked by the realisation it wasn't in its home any longer, started to plough through the dormatories, students and teachers fleeing as quickly as they could, many injured by the Golem's onslaught. Finally, the Yakatu tried to put the Golem in a headlock and drag it away for a pummling, but the Golem tossed the creature over its shoulders and hard down onto its back. It then tore the dormatories apart and began to lumber after Tharka, who was on Alvyon's bike and speeding away with Dante in his care. Just as the Golem was about to give chase, a lone figure appeared on the scene and invoked a banishing curse upon the Yakatu and the Golem, sending the former where it came from, and pacifying the latter into a deep sleep. It was Jade Mavria, who had been responsible for banishing a similar but far deadlier creature several years prior, and who had decided to reveal his powers once more, though at the cost of his own personal safety. Sure enough, one beast was gone, and the other fast asleep, laying on its chest between the ruined halves of the dormatories. Students and teachers gathered around, and in short order, military officiates and soldiers arrived to secure the area. Jade, who had collapsed, was taken away by some rather intimidating individuals associated with the military, while the soldiers roped off the area and government Occultists set up wards to keep the Golem contained. Back on Alvyon's bike, Tharka had awoken Dante and was letting him rest, deeply concerned about Jade. The military had a long history of 'reeducating' Occultists who showed that kind of potential, and if they indeed planned that for Jade, then the future was already in jeopardy. Circ: ------------------ ------------------ The sound of two cell doors swinging shut in the Kagyu Prison Processing Unit rang in the ears of Alielle, a first-year Sadhu student had just been transferred to the Taiyo Wangetsu Public School System when she had been apprehended by the authorities. However, Daen, in his agonized state of recovering from being struck on the skull with a 2x4, barely even noticed the other cell closing when the sound of his own reverberated loudly in his ears. After a short period of settling in, Daen thought he was alone, 'til a voice rang out from the cell across from his own, asking what he was in for. His response, surprisingly enough to him, was completely honest. He told her that he was imprisoned for reckless endangerment, destruction of government property, and astral summons without proper supervision. Shocked at how blunt he was being, but unable to control the flow of words in response to her question, Daen finished and was silent, making no inquiries of the female voice he had heard. Alielle, opposite of Daen, was also shocked; and immediately assumed Daen was a type of dangerous malefactor. However, her curiosity got the better of her, and she continued to pester Daen with questions, all of which he felt compelled to answer. He told her all he knew about the incident, but growing weary of answering and the constant haze of gloom wreathed about his vision, he changed the subject, and began a short interrogation of Alielle. From her responses he concluded that she had been taken in for questioning about a building bombing, when one had been recovered at the post office where she was receiving mail regarding her transfer to Taiyo Wangetsu School District, the morning Daen had attacked Alesandra, and nearly killed her; something he wasn't aware of and hadn't been informed of. He also discovered that she had interests in becoming either a Warrior Op or an Occultist, but was still undecided as to which road to take. By the time they were done speaking, names and accusations exchanged, Daen had recovered from his headache and just felt numb, all over. It was then that a large metallic door at the end of the hall opened, and a prison guard passed through; a rather large centaur, who escorted Alielle out of her cell. As this was happening, another centaur appeared, opening the cell of the fatigued Daen, unaware of what was going on around him. He was shocked to the extreme when he heard the rough voice of a large horse/man telling him to get ready to leave. So shocked, he didn't even hear Alielle request his dorm room number, incase so they could possibly meet once more. Instead, Alielle's guard answered for him, suggesting that he may be in here a very long while, 'lest another bail him out. The other guard, during the Alielle's discourse with the first, had injected Daen with a strong sedative, and cast him upon his back. And so the two were lead to their separate destinations: Daen to solitary confinement for occultists, and Aleille to the school warden to be escorted to her dorm. Hidoshi: ------------------- ------------------- Having been taken to the hospital after her unfortunate accident, Alesandra lay in bed, groggy and half-awake. Her aunt had watched over her all night, and was outside talking to the doctors while Tharka visited. The Occultist teacher had come to wish Alesandra a final farewell, for it was obvious she would not survive the wounds within her. After ushering the doctors and Alesandra's aunt out of the room, Tharka finally told Alesandra what it was that was killing her. Indeed, it was no ordinary wound within her, nor could it be sealed. It was the wound of Occult power being misused, and through that wound, a terrible beast was about to awaken. The creature, Avidya, was the being slowly taking over Alesandra. Avidya had been, almost 1500 years prior, the lover and general of Ignas, the scourage of Solest. Though she had been banished from her body, her bloodline had continued, and it ran all the way to Alesandra, through whom she would be reborn. Thakra had known about the descendant, but until Alesandra started to show signs of her possession, he had not located the actual individual. Now it was too late for him to save her life, and instead would try to save her soul. Via the hospital room window, he left with Alesandra in his arms, and headed for the half-constructed towers where he had met with Daen only a few weeks ago. When he reached the towers, he set Alesandra down and began a ceremony to draw Avidya clear of her host, so that the two would not remain linked to one another. It was a brief, but emotionally intense ceremony, washing away all the hatred and pent-up frustration in Alesandra's being, releasing her from the bonds of the world. As the ceremony completed, Alesandra drew her last breath, and asked Tharka to tell Saturninus that she was sorry. The girl was gone, and thus the demon arose. The pale, elf-eared fallen of the Bharata race, the corruptor and the corrupted in one came into being. Tharka had made it so she could not feed of Alesandra's energy, and that made her weak to his Occult powers. After exchanging a few short words, Tharka commanded that Avidya leave. He could not destroy her, but she was not to remain within the city. Instead, she would drift across the wastelands, unable to feed, until her power returned and she could do battle again. When that time came, Tharka would be ready, and so would others whos duty it was to protect the MegaColony. When Avidya had departed, Tharka reduced Alesandra's body to dust, save for the rune crystal which would serve as proof of her burial. An Occultist's death, for one who had been harmed by her own dabblings in the Occult... It seemed fitting. Hidoshi: -------------------- -------------------- It was only two days after Alesandra's passing that Tharka called a general assembly of the student body in the courtyard Taiyo Wangetsu. When the majority of the students had gathered, Tharka announced that Alesandra was dead, and that Daen was in jail, due to the recent events at the school. Those who knew anything related to Alesandra's death or events tied to Daen's summoning the golem were to come forward and present their information. The turnout was rather pale, but at least fifteen students told what they knew to the two military officers with recording equipment. During the whole proceeding, Zakch seemed troubled. He knew some of what had gone down, but didn't know if he should present it or not, and in the end, chose to keep it to himself. Meanwhile, Jade and Dauneth, who were to the front of the crowd, searched for an individual named Ayame Nobunaga. Ayame had been Tharka's superior and rival during his military days, which left Jade with a sneaking suspicion that the assembly was not Tharka's idea, but rather planned by the military to gather information on the recent disturbances. Sure enough, she was present, off to the side of the podium behind some of the other officers. Jade immediately vanished into the crowd, heading toward her. The assembly was soon over and the students started to disperse, as did many of the military officers, save for Ayame. She was arguing with Jade, who was heatedly objecting to her interfering with situation. Uncharacteristically, Ayame was just as ardently accusing him of being an upstart and a nuisance, and in the midst of the arguement, the two verbal combatants were interrupted by Tharka. Ayame's response was only overheard by Zakch... and it was that Tharka should teach his son how to behave. The a'krisian didn't say anything, he simply walked away. Jade left at Tharka's request, albeit hesitantly, irritated with Ayame and the whole military imposition. Tharka meanwhile took Ayame aside and talked with her, mentioning something about 'advancing destiny' and 'speeding up fate'. Suffice to say, it's starting to sound like the whole Colony is one big science experiment... In conclusion, Jade met up with Dauneth and Alvyon in the courtyard, joined later by Zakch, Scad, and Dante, the group heading off to the noodle shop to relax after the day's events. Circ: --------------------- --------------------- I wasn't completely all there with much of the Noodle Shop RP; however, I will highlight the events I knew of. 1: Dauneth and Zakch arrive, Zakch shaking like a dog, making Dauneth feel like he was getting another shower. 2: They mock one another's wet appearance. Zakch wins. GO ZAKCH! 3: They enter de Noodle Shop to find Alvyon already present. 4: Dauneth goes to the bathroom to dry off. Zakch just sits down with Alvyon. 5: Dauneth comes out and sits down. 6: Toki the sexy waitress appears, and chastises Dauneth for not making his date. 7: She ignores Dauneth's hrmph and takes the orders. 8: Zakch goes to the bathroom because of a phantom itch, never to return. 9: I totally lose track of what is going on, so the RP ends here. Circ: --------------------- --------------------- The morning light shining against the brightly polished metal structure was enough to arouse several children from their chemical slumber: Alvyon Elyndale, Dante, Dauneth Kisharo, and Zakch. Tharka was also there to instigate mental activity on part of the youth. When they had all awaken, he briefly explained where they were. Zakch, who had surmised his surroundings, was immediately aggitated over what was going on. The others seemed too drowsy or excited at the prospect of adventure to care. Afterwards, Tharka handed out dosseires for the students to read. Some of them groggily glanced it over, others generally ignored it, choosing to pummel Master Retting with questions on their circumstance. Zakch's upset began to show with each increasingly rude question posed for Tharka, but the alledged history teacher answered them all calmly. Interrupting the inquisition, he invited the students to lunch, seeing as how they hadn't eaten for roughly two days. They realized the security of where they were upon seeing the method of departure from the containment area. Tharka placed his hand upon a panel that took a skin-DNA sample, and was also subjected to a voice scan. Then the powerful steam-powered doors opened, and Tharka led them to a very well-supplied eating hall. Turning around with somewhat of a smile, Tharka told them to eat hardy, and the tab was on him. It was this comment that, in a way, set Zakch off. He remarked about what type of prison would have the audacity to charge prisoners for food; especially after removing them from all material posessions and placing them in a facility miles from the nearest (and only) city. During the meal the students began to become more active in their thinking, although it was rather passive. However, Zakch was moving swiftly from disturbed to volitile in his mouthing off. By the time they were done eating, this had escellated to the point where he and Alyvon were in a shouting match. Alvyon told him that he was being hysterical about this event, and to get over it. Zakch replied that after the shazbot he had been through as a result of the government's mishandling of these things (using his mauled hand as an example) he was sick and tired of it. Tharka commented that Ayame had implanted DNA into Zakch's hand that would help it respawn itself, which disgusted Zakch (as he had other plans with Fia to build a mechanical one); but when he mentioned this, Master Retting became so consumed with anger that he lifted Zakch up by the collar belted him across the face; resulting in a bloody cuff and an A'kris tooth spinning upon the floor. Then the instigator of all this apparent insanity appeared: Ayame Nobunaga, b**ch of the military, superior and apparent rival of Retting Tharka, and generalized hussy. Tharka dropped Zakch and came to attention, and Ayame conducted a brief by violent overview of the children, making sure to knock Dante on the floor when he called her a b**ch. She then left, with an order for them to get suited up and transfered to their cells. Zakch, meanwhile, had become very quiet and isolated; this after Tharka's physical outburst. And there we sorta got shitfaced and lazy, and fell off the edge of the world ... w00+! ... Circ: ---------------------- ---------------------- Alvyon and Zakch went into a nurses station to get drugged up by a character Tomoe played. I forgot her name. After that, they were sent into a simulator. By the time it was activated, the drugs took affect. The simulator they were in made it appear as if they were in a rainforest swamp, wearing what they would have eight-thousand years ago. Alvyon was dressed as an Avrial, silver warpaint on his face and a spear in hand. Zakch was submerged in a swamp, covered in mud and weeds. The objective was announced on a speaker: Zakch was to hunt Alvyon and destroy him. As soon as Zakch found Alvyon, who had fallen from a tree into the swamp, he began viciously attacking him. After several minutes, Zakch screamed, as a large amount of voltage went through his body, signifying that his time was running out to finish Alvyon. Again, the two went at it ... Zakch tearing open Alyvon's arm, himself badly kneed in the gut. After a violent tail slash upon Alvyon's chest, and being thrown at a tree, the scenario halted, and the two were released, just as the drugs' effects faded. Circ: --------------------- --------------------- Vitris, I don't even remember what you were ranting about; so I can't say what bearing it has on this event. Of course, I can guess you probably figured something similar to this would happen. As such, if anyone is still interested in the RP (which is debatable), I suppose we could still press on. Current situation: Most of my characters are scattered about the world five-hundred years prior, and one of them is some stupid phys-ed teacher who doesn't really need to be involved anymore. -Slices off Naze's head.- There we go. The blade golem nibbled on his ear, and over-shot. Present Solestine Characters: Daen Leynfail, Zakch, and Rae Erenfale. Where they are? Hrm. -Cackles.- Nobody knows, because I have no clue on the geography. I'm going to assume Rae Erenfale is still with with the small band heading for Noah; and to make it more interesting I'll have Zakch abandon Ayame (women are a crutch, anyway), and he'll make his way (using the survival skills taught to him at the facility) to Carth, a Vinar/Arya border city. It is there he'll meet up with Daen, and whoever else may be involved in this hideous plot, which may include other Solestine characters who were dropped off randomly in the world, and somehow made it to Carth. In fact, let's make Carth a pre-programmed randevouz point that all the kiddies had, incase something like this happened. I like Elves better than Chinese people, anyway. Heh-heh. From there, after hearing several rumors, this band of teenagers will fall upon the heels of Sun Quan (who while getting a mudbath was abandoned by his crew), passing him by to reach the Citadel of Noah. There, the parties can merge, and converge, and eventually create some type of resolution to this madness, maybe even stretching to the point of where they can avert the catastrophe.
